Italian restaurant Rosemary’s is planning to open a new location, at 825 Third Ave., later this year. The farm-to-table establishment recently signed a lease for 6,000 square feet at the Durst Organization’s 530,000-square-foot office tower currently undergoing renovations at the address.
Rosemary’s third location will consist of a 140-seat indoor dining room and bar, and a 50-seat outdoor space. The restaurant’s management said the new spot will be open from breakfast to dinner and will also include a grab-and-go counter that will serve coffee, pastries and sandwiches.
News of the restaurant group behind Rosemary’s latest endeavor was first reported in the New York Post.
